Bicyclist Takes his Pet Macaws to Fly Around the Neighborhood

This guy took Scarlett and Happy, his pet Macaws, out for a flight. He rode on his bicycle while Happy flew around the neighborhood. She cruised near her owner and came back to sit on his shoulder right after.
