We hope for this, for God to refresh and revive our souls during this difficult season of cultural clashes. God is amazing at refreshing, encouraging and renewing our soul. Feeling the stress of strife and chaos? Open your heart wide to God. This is a good choice for us during this super-hot season of cultural clashes, where contention and incivility of the human condition are so totally out of control as human beings press towards illegitimate supremacy and know no power higher than self. Stuck in the heat wave of human dysfunction? What now? Well, the best choice is to dig your life roots deeply in God, and be refreshed by His peace, joy, strength, hope and love. Summer rain showers on a hot day are so reviving to all, so we hope for this in this renewal of our soul in this oh, so very hot season for our clashing cultures. From nation to nations, we hope in God to refresh us with His living water, reviving our soul with His refreshment. God, we look to You, revive us once again.
