Kira Whitham is a Functional Nutritionist who helps women with autoimmune disease reverse their chronic symptoms and live the healthy, vibrant life they desire.
Together, they work to uncover the root causes of disease, rather than masking symptoms. This is done through nutrition and lifestyle changes, lab work, and looking at thoughts, emotions and beliefs.
Kira has a MS in Health and Nutrition Education, hundreds of hours of training in functional medicine, and is now working towards her Doctor of Natural Medicine degree.
