Elder on the Ballot | Cruz Protecting the 2A | Pelosi Stifles Capitol Hill Involvement

The poor Texas Democrats who flew to escape big scary Greg Abbott keep passing the coof test with flying colors. How many more popped today? Don't know. They are now gagging this story because it's rules for thee and not for me.

It didn't take long for Larry Elder to get on the Ballot for the California Governor Recall. A judge ruled that the Secretary of State was in the wrong, so it's full steam ahead for the best choice in the crowded field.

The 4th Major Investigation into the Capitol Riot is happening, whether we like it, need it, or like it. The panel is supposed to be a Bipartisan effort, but two of the delegates from the GOP had questions about the election and that's not allowed. Jim Jordan and Jim Banks will not be in attendance because Orange Man Bad.

In order to get clarification on Concealed Carry, 24 GOP Senators are filing an Amicus Brief to the Supreme Court in an effort to finally get a definitive answer as to what "shall not be infringed upon" actually means. We'll see if they pick it up.

Finally, the Senior Citizen Tussel of the past year and a half is coming to ahead. Senator Rand Paul is filing a Criminal Referral to the Department of Justice because Dr. Anthony Fauci is a provable liar.
