Possible sasquatch sound at hidden valley lake

I was asleep in may tent when I was awaken by a loud "crack". Then I heard a sound like a "Woo". A dog alerted and its continued about 6 more times. It quit after I woke my uncle but you can hear it clearly. I know what a hoot owle sounds like and a screech owle. This was neither. I don't have a clue what's it was
