Episode 20: Pruning the Trees in our yard

Today Bryce and Angel go around the yard in Ohio and trim the trees and bushes. This especially is helpful for smaller trees, such as the Black Locust planted a couple years ago, to encourage trunk growth. One of Bryce’s favorite tools for pruning is using the Dewalt cordless reciprocating saw, and, of course, the RK 25 for hauling the branches away.

Trimming and pruning your trees and bushes are one thing that seems to be dreaded by almost everyone, but is needed at least once a year. Small trees can end up looking like bushes and lots of dead branches may start falling from trees. You may run into branches while you mow or if you park your car too close it might scratch the top or sides.
No matter the reason, trimming your trees and bushes makes sense to help them grow into a much healthier plant and looks better overall.
