Who Are You Chasing?

It is always a good day to chase after God. God is always on the move, continually being for us and doing, active things for our good. A good challenge for us is to stay in followship of God, letting Him lead us. A Great God adventure kind of day is when we let Him lead and we are chasing after Him. Sometimes we do absolutely what we want to do, leaving God out of it and when we end up dead ended, we then call God into the middle of our mess. It is probably better for us if we start with God first, not what we want, but what God is already doing and join in with Him, chase after God and stay in followship of Him. Life is good that way! It is so funny that we think we can actually say: “Come with me God, I will lead, and You come along.” This never ends well. It is a good thing to run the race with God, from start to finish! Start with God, because He always finishes what He starts, and He finishes well. It is totally fun though, to try to keep up with God, letting Him lead, chasing after Him through all the many detours and forks in the road.
