Channeled message to humanity from the 'Council of Five'

I was suddenly last night very motivated to do channeling practice again. I use to practice a good bit last year after studying a bit with Saryon, who was so helpful, but have not done much recently. This message came in very clearly, and when I asked who it was from, the answer came clear to : "the Council of Five" - But remember, it is not the messenger that matters it is the message, and whether or not it resonates with you, that's all. I hope it does.

There are 2 parts, one is a message to Light Workers, the other is a Message to Humanity - this is the later of the 2.
