A few weeks ago I did an episode on the recent ruling in the #Adamsonbarbecue case and I made the argument that there's no evidence of judicial corruption in what had been reported to that point. Today on Don't Talk TV I take a look at the actual decision and the Notice of Constitutional Question filed by his legal team.

Cases cited in this episode:
Ontario v. Adamson Barbecue Limited and Skelly, 2021 ONSC 4660 (CanLII), https://canlii.ca/t/jgnxf
Zargar v. Zarrabian, 2018 ONSC 4016 (CanLII), https://canlii.ca/t/hswcf
