Inept South African president Cyril Ramaphosa, making a strong bid to be the least competent had of state on the planet, finally arrived in the devastated province of KwaZulu-Natal today (16 Jul 2021), nine days AFTER his corrupt, incompetent government failed to take measures to prevent an insurrection after the convicted criminal Jacob Zuma surrendered to correctional authorities four days late.
