These are a portion of my #1 stomach muscle practices I've placed into a fast exercise that you can do 2-3 rounds of, on the off chance that one round is excessively simple.

I've been doing this stomach muscle exercise 3 days seven days during isolate. On days I feel great i'll do it 3-4 rounds. On days my body is more worn out here and there I just complete 2 rounds.

Make a point to propel yourself yet stay inside your cutoff points! Make sure to pay attention to your body, you know it best.
