Let Him Have His Way!!
(Jeremiah 18:1-6)
'The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord , saying: “Arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause you to hear My words.” Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make. Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying: “O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?” says the Lord . “Look, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel! '

I. In His Wheelhouse Jeremiah 18:1-6
 Good Morning!! I am so glad that you are here with us today!!
 We see God is getting Jeremiah & our attention.
 He calls for him to go down to the “Potter’s House.”
 Expound on why this important.

II. The Eye Of The Beholder (Genesis 1:26-27)
 As we continue to look at our text, we see that Jeremiah gets to the potter’s house. And as he is there, he is watching what the potter is doing.
 Listen to what Jeremiah describes when he is mentioning about the clay and the potter.
 Listen to (Genesis 1:26-27). Do you hear and see what God is saying and doing?
 He is creating, shaping, fashioning His creation to the way that He wants them to be. And what’s also special about this?
 We are made to look like our creator!! What a beautiful and special truth.
 Listen to (John 14:7-11, 15-21)! Jesus is letting us know that we have had, are having, and will have the opportunity to see the Father. Why? Because remember we are made in His image.
 Jesus tells us that if we have seen Him, we have then seen the Father!
 Hear Romans 10:14-15)! The Apostle Paul is spelling out that the message that is being brought is a message that needs to be heard.

III. You Look Familiar! Have I Seen You Before? (Revelation 3:20)
 As we come to the close of our text, we see that God is now speaking to Jeremiah.
 Listen the question that Jeremiah is being asked.
 Q. Now ask yourself this question. Can God do to you as the potter has done with the clay? Can God reshape, refashion, revitalize, restore, refresh you into the dynamic and amazing person He sees in you.
 If you would like to see the masterpiece that God is making, then it starts with Jesus!! Listen to (Revelation 3:20)
