M35A2 Rechecking Valve Clearance - Oil flow issue (Liner Repair part 9)

Checking valve clearance for the 2nd and 3rd time since the rocker assembly was removed and reinstalled I wanted to confirm it did not affect the clearance. If it did it was only minimal. Oil flow appeared to be lacking to 2 of the rockers, but after inspection found no reason for this, it was re-installed and after a time the oil flow did show up to those rockers. Is this common for delayed oil to some rockers? Finally after re-assembly, a visual and audio check.
