The Dukes Son: Chapter 01 The Duke's Daughter

When I wrote this book I took a few liberties with harpies. This chapter explains what harpies are within the context of the story. I also introduce most of the important members of the Damothe household, if only by name.The most important part of the chapter would be Jenni convincing her father to take her to war with him.

I apologise for the poor quality of the sound. This was not recorded at a professional studio, but rather in a small office in the middle of a very noisy building complex. I have done what I can remove as much superfluous sound as I can, but I know a fair amount remains.

Jenni, The Duke and Sir Richman all have the same voice. I didn't use different voices for the various characters, mainly because I'm not good at it and also because I tend to forget which voice I used for which character. If a professional version is ever recorded I would hope they would do a better job.
