What Caused the Collapse of the Champlain Towers in Surfside Florida

When the partial collapse of the Champlain Towers condominium happened last month, I didn't realize how much of the building fell. Now that I have examined the security video from a nearby condominium of the collapse, I understand that more than half of it collapsed that night. I also saw that it collapsed just like a building collapses from a controlled demolition. Structural Engineer Erin Clements has confirmed that this collapse did not happen naturally.
