Wendy’s Screws Up Order, Mgr. Karen Calls Police When Asked For Corporate Contact Info

After Wendy’s at 5998 Stage Rd. in Bartlett, TN USA screws up our order, my friend tries to get order corrected and is treated like a third world doormat. I went back to ask for the regional manager’s contact info and the perplexed manager calls the very professional Bartlett Police Department. They send a couple of cars/officers and they also explain to Karen that it’s not a crime to ask for the regional manager’s contact info. I now have the contact info anyway. I know good help is hard to find, however, it’s rather unrealistic to have this place run by an individual with a room temperature IQ and clearly unarmed for a battle of wits.

I had problems with the video of my speaking the very professional BPD officers but am working with
BPD to obtain body cam footage, so that part of this unnecessary incident will be on record as well. Many thanks to BPD for keeping crime down in our city, even while responding to Karen the Wendy’s manager’s frivolous calls.
