This season stars Erika Jayne / Girardi (wife to famous lawyer Tom Girardi of Erin Brockovich fame, currently in scandal), Kyle Richards (child star in Halloween film franchise, upcoming Halloween Kills movie, sister of child actress Kim Richards, half sister to friend of show this season Kathy Hilton, the mom of Paris Hilton & wife to Hilton heir Rick Hilton), Lisa Rinna (actress married to actor Harry Hamlin who's daughter Amelia Hamlin is dating Scott Disick), Garcelle Beauvais (co-host of 'The Real' & actress), Crystal Kung Minkoff (wife of 'The Lion King' director Rob Minkoff), Dorit Kemsley & Sutton Stracke.

This season focuses on Erika's lawsuit and divorce, Lisa Rinna's personal life with daughter in spotlight & her rebuilding friendship with Garcelle, Sutton & Crystal and Kyle & Garcelle on race relations, & more.

This episode starts with the continuation of the Sutton & Crystal fued and everyone comforting Sutton after Crystal went in on her, only for it to happen again and Crystal not back down over the words she used in Lake Tahoe. We then fast forward a few days to see Kathy, Dorit and Kyle at home quarantining because they tested positive for the virus and everyone in the group as well not interacting for a few weeks. In week 2 of the group quarantine news broke of the allegations against Erika's now ex husband Tom Girardi and his law firm. The girls are all reacting on Zoom with Erika denying allegations on a call with Kyle & Lisa and saying her divorce was not a sham and saying "I didn't do this". Erika while meeting with Crystal and Lisa shares lessons she has learned through this ordeal. Garcelle is still questioning if she truly knows who the real Erika is. Lisa Rinna then face times her oldest daughter Delilah Belle Hamlin and her 'Love Island' star boyfriend Eyal Booker. Kyle then goes to visit Kathy to confide in her on the struggles of parenthood during the pandemic. Next, Lisa Rinna meets with Sutton and her daughter. The episode ends with Erika meeting up with Kyle and Erika Breaks Down Over Her Divorce saying "this is the end" for Tom because of everything coming out about him and his firm.

Next episode we see the girls at Kyle's La Quinta house, Erika shows up after more comes out about Tom's troubles and she alludes to more things happening in their marriage where shocked faces from all the girls follow.
