Nevada health officials recommend masks regardless of vaccination status

COVID-19 cases are on the rise in Southern Nevada and we're now seeing new daily cases at the same rate we saw in February. The new data has area health officials -- and even some businesses -- changing their stance on masks, including for vaccinated people. 13 Action News Reporter Astrid Mendez has more.
