Can you get a 24" LCD IPS monitor for under $100 CDN?

This is the LG 24" IPS LED LCD monitor. It has HDMI, VGA, DVI and a VESA mount. It has everything that you need to start gaming or just using as a regular screen. It's not bad, but it's certainly not great.
