(00356) Part Eleven (P) - Saint Petersburg, Florida. Driving the Hood!

As we drive around South Saint Petersburg we see many sights that one would not expect to see in such an area. Yet it is what it is! It should be pointed out that St. Pete once had an area that was pure southern slum area. Using eminent domain the properties were acquired and the City then built Tropicana Field. A lot of promises were made to the black community to have them accept this change. As usual many promises were broken, although the Housing Authority has been build some nicer residential units. This video was procured outside the passenger side window and digitized in awesome 4k resolution. So, why not kick back and enjoy the video!
