DISCLAIMER: This episode was recorded after the Windows Fall Creators update that partially broke Fallout Stutter Remover. You may notice more stutters and instability when I travel through the map and play the game. This problem was solved only after the release of the F3TF (Fallout 3 Tick Fix).

- 02:49 - Inventory management.

- 05:16 - Heading west towards the water tower, I discovered Springvale Ant Hive.
- 06:34 - Hunting Giant Ants. AWOP adds Huge Soldier Ants to this area.
- 07:04 - Large Refuse Piles have ammo and other items.

- 11:24 - A dead Wasteland Adventurer and Refuse Pile almost hidden in a corner.
- 12:10 - Some crates and boxes on the ground.
- 12:50 - A stimpak in a briefcase near an egg clutch.

- 14:42 - A rotting human corpse and a Large Refuse Pile.
- 15:45 - The local map. I return to the area with the table (09:24). I jump on the rocks on the right and find a dead Hunter.
- 17:21 - Back where I was at 14:04. There's a briefcase behind some rubble.
- 17:56 - To the tunnel to the south.
- 19:15 - Looking at the map, I head north first. Ammo and first aid boxes on the raised rock above the Giant Ant Queen.
- 20:24 - Now I go to the tunnel to the west. A single Beast Lord lives down there.
- 21:28 - There's a Guns And Bullets under the makeshift bed. Looking at it now, I may have missed a note right next to it.
- 21:51 - Leaving the ant hive.

- 27:11 - Entering Springvale Sewer.
- 27:41 - I go forward until I reach the area with the stairs.
- 28:35 - A dead raider.
- 29:00 - The sewer has a north and a south section now.
- 29:48 - Looting the surroundings. Ammo and other items in the rooms around the larger area.
- 31:34 - The local map. I go to the room in front of me.
- 31:44 - Lockpicking the desk. Frank's Diary 2082 was inside it. It's reading time.
- 36:53 - Passing the skeleton with the knife above it, there's another desk. Another Frank's Diary 2082 was inside. Of course, I read it.
- 40:45 - The sewer tunnel to the north has Feral Ghouls.
- 41:26 - I go downstairs first. More Feral Ghouls on tunnels.
- 42:13 - Going upstairs to another place. Sneak attacks for everybody.
- 43:00 - The door on my left connects to where I was at 29:48. Now I head to the sewer to the north.
- 43:53 - I'm closer to the south door. I return to the previous room and go downstairs. I follow the path until I reach the Springvale Sewer North door.
- 45:51 - I turn right, and moving forward, I see more Ghouls on the other side of the room. It's missile launcher time.
- 46:59 - The section of the sewer where the ghouls were is radioactive.
- 47:13 - There is a briefcase with a bloody hand mark on the floor of the nearby room. The Springvale Sewer Armory Key was inside.
- 48:11 - Another look at the map. I want to see what in the east side of the map. I jump to the stairs to the level below.
- 48:31 - I see more Feral Ghouls through to the east, through an open door. A missile was enough.
- 50:05 - That's sewer tunnel is where the creatures above were. After walking for a while, I jump below from this position.
- 51:59 - To the utility tunnels. I eventually returned to the same position I was in at 50:05.
- 54:28 - The sewer is blocked and irradiated. Behind the barrels were a dead body and an empty briefcase. I think I opened them the first time I was here.
- 55:16 - I'll head to the Springvale Sewer South door.
