When You Should Not Take Prebiotics and Probiotics

For years we've been told to eat more fiber and prebiotic-containing foods. Lately we've also been told to load up on probiotics for a healthy gut. But sometimes (often actually) this advice will make your symptoms worse!

In this video we're talking about IBS, IBD, SIBO, celiac disease, autoimmune thyroiditis, insulin resistance, weight loss resistance, depression and mood disorders. Sound like a broad list? It is, but newer research is showing a lot of similarities - and it's all about the microbiome!
