Economy Changes July 2021 [War Thunder]

Gaijin has released their planned Economy Changes for later this month, with new repair and reward multipliers, plus some new activity calculation changes. Good on them for releasing the formula in summary! That said, I think it means we're going to be in for some rough activity levels for the tasks... especially right before Operation SUMMER hits the fan.

Also, looks like the camera conked out partway through, so don't be surprised to see my ugly mug disappear around the time we hit Naval.
