Everyone heard their mom hype on the benefits of a good breakfast. We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So why do we skip breakfast? Isn't that a little dumb when we were told time after time to get the energy we need by eating breakfast.
Everyone is busy today; there is just no way around that one, unless you go live on a deserted island with no internet service. But even if you are in a rush in the morning you need to have enough time to eat that important meal of the day.
Eating breakfast gives you the energy you need to get all of the activities you have planned done. This may be why so many people are always in a bad mood in the morning. They just haven't had enough of a breakfast and their blood sugar level is low. They are hungry and irritable, and even tired. Just think, their day hasn't even begun and they are already acting like it's over.
The wrong Breakfast
Of course we do have the breakfast eaters that eat the wrong breakfast foods. Some people eat breakfast all right. Their breakfast consists of a donut, or sugary foods, and this just isn't right. You might feel a slight burst of energy, but it will soon be gone, and wont be enough to carry you through the morning.
This may be a reason so many people drink so much coffee in the morning too. That coffee gives them the fake energy they need to get going, and is their substitute for a healthy breakfast.

People that are sleepy or fatigued during the day are usually this way because they didn't get the right kind of breakfast they needed. If you do eat breakfast and you are still feeling tired throughout the day, then its probably because you didn't get the right kind of breakfast.
Everyone needs to really realize that breakfast is the absolutely most important meal of the day. Everyone should eat a healthy breakfast and take enough time in the morning to do it.
What Foods Should You Eat for Breakfast?
You can eat whole grain breads, cereals, or proteins. Get fruit and vitamin C in the morning.
What Not to Eat For Breakfast
Don't eat sugars, donuts, pastries, sugary cereals, fast foods. These are just empty calories, things that will fill you up, but will turn to fat quickly. When you often feel tired in the afternoon, its because you have eaten too much sugar in the morning.

Don't drink too much coffee. Its true, coffee gives you a nice energy boost, but that doesn't mean it is to substitute a decent breakfast.
