Today's hearing at the Arizona Senate that was scheduled to communicate to the public the progress of the 2020 election forensic audit of Maricopa County, Arizona. During the hearing, it was revealed that there were several discrepancies and other issues of non-compliance by the Maricopa Country Board of Supervisors. The following issues were highlighted during the hearing:

- Approximately 74,000 ballots were received by mail-in but there were no records of these ballots ever being sent.

- 18,000 voters were removed from voter rolls after the election occurred, without any real explanation

- About 168,000 ballots that were printed at voting centers, most having printing alignment problems which would cause voting errors

- 11,326 people voted that do not show up on the 11/7 voter registration database, but appear in the revised 12/4 database

- Nearly 4,000 people registered to vote after October 15th

- Many ballots containing duplicate serial numbers, indicating possibly scanning multiple times

- Many ballots possibly printed on incorrect, un-certified paper stock

- Maricopa County will still not comply with turning over routers in accordance with original subpoena. Routers would assist with proving internet connectivity and would not reveal any private citizen or government data.

- Maricopa County will not provide access tokens to allow auditors the access needed to examine the configurations on voting machines
