New Arguments In SCOTUS Carry Case

Oral arguments are still several months away in the case of New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen, but this week has seen the filing of several important written arguments in the case, including a key brief by plaintiff's attorney Paul Clement, which argues that under the history, tradition, and text of the Second Amendment, New York's "may issue" carry laws violate the rights of residents.
