Fortnite in its Battle Royale mode introduces a currency called V-Bucks, which is used to purchase items and new gear in-game, whether on PS4, Xbox One, PC or mobile platforms. Daily logins
The "Save the World" mode gives some V-Bucks to those who venture there. Buying
The least suitable mode for those who don't want to spend anything, or spend little, when playing Fortnite in its Battle Royale mode. Buying V-Bucks is done with real money. You have to spend with a credit card registered in your Epic account or on the consoles, and the value varies widely - the cheapest package costs $10, or just over $30, according to the direct quotation.
