Us Navy tries to Rescue Puppies from Thick Tar Oil...It may be too late

A Dramatic rescue caught on Video as 2 cute Puppies get themselves caught in thick tar like oil. First Question is," How the heck did they get stuck in there". Second Question is " What is that Oil Spill not marked or sealed off ?"

Either way These Puppies are in a sticky situation. With the clock Ticking and Fatigue starting to set in, these pups cannot hold on for much longer. Just in the nick of time these Brave Men and Women swoop in to Save them.

The Struggle to Free the puppies continues for more that 45 minutes but these troops are determined to save these animals.

Once Freed the Pups show clear signs of fatigue and on of them can barely stand. After a quick check up by the medic and a very lengthy Bath, they make a Full Recovery.
