In today's world email is the most efficient way to communicate. However due to the amount of emails one person can get in a day, based off of a large staff, can be insane. Email more effectively by stating what you want from the staff in the first part of the email, then write the novel. This helps the staff be more efficient with their time, and help the management to get the results they want sooner.
