Cheesecake Recipe
270 grams cream cheese
160 grams unsweetened yougart
95 grams sugar
5 ml vanilla extract
10 ml lemon juice
7 grams unflavored gelatin
melted in 35 grams water
150 grams heavy cream

5 eggs yolks
60 g(1/3 cup) fine sugar
80 g(1/3+1tbsp) vegetable oil
100ml(1/3 cup +1tbsp) milk
150g(11/4 cup)cake flour(if you want to achieve cotton soft, cake flour is recommended
1tsp vanilla extract ( i forgot to show in the video)

5 egg whites
75g(1/3 cup +1/2tbsp) fine sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Fruit used
Strawberry
Mango
Dragon fruit
Grapes
Orange
Cherry
Any fruits you like

Lemon jelly
95 grams unflavored gelatin
375 grams water (let's stand for 25-20 minutes)
750 grams hot water
250 grams sugar
50 ml lemon juice

Mold size
22 cm or 8 diameter pan
