Trevor Bauer Leave Extended to July 27th | More Texts Show a Sketchy Situation & a Weird Connection

In what looked to be a formality based on upcoming events, Los Angeles Dodgers Ace Trevor Bauer had his ridiculous leave extended until July 27. Until this all gets cleaned up, do not anticipate him back on the 28th.

More Text Messages between the accuser and Bauer have been released, and they don't paint a truthful or honest view of the anonymous party. There was friendly banter, sexual advances and plans for more arrangements being made. It still looks wafer thin, just now it looks like a total shakedown.

Looking at the larger picture paints an interesting tale. The representation of Bauer, from a Pro Sports Agent side is very interesting. Luba Sports was created by Rachel Luba, someone who has been romantically linked to Bauer and exclusively represented him; not to mention negotiated his Mega Deal with the Dodgers. There are a couple other prospects now on her roster, but the only other Major League Player who retains her services is Yasiel Puig.

There is no reason Puig shouldn't have a MLB job. His numbers are good, youth is on his side and whatever personality problems he had have evaporated since playing outside Dodger Stadium. Two stories link him to Bauer in an interesting way.

The story of Puig's defection from Cuba to Mexico, ultimately being signed to the Dodgers is a tale of Human Trafficking attempts and revenge from smugglers. Vows to get more money from him have been acted upon unsuccessfully, but attempts to smear his credibility have been successful. Apparently on Halloween 2018, there was an altercation between Puig and someone in a Bathroom. It wasn't until Early 2021, the accuser in this instance (just after Bauer's Mega Deal mind you, and Puig signing with her), did the accuser file a Civil Suit (didn't press charges, like Bauer's case) in order to shake him down.

It might seem like a stretch to fully associate the two, but it looks like something is there. Those Trafficking Rings have long memories.
