Heavy rain forecasted for late Wednesday night

SE Wisconsin is not in the Watch because the earlier rain has calmed our atmosphere down. That does not mean we are in the clear overnight. Some of those strong storms could hold together and bring us strong winds, but heavy rain and lightning are likely after 10pm until early Thursday morning. Some of us could get an additional 1-2" of rain. Lows tonight stay in the upper 60s, and Thursday warms to the mid to upper 70s by midday after some morning showers. The afternoon has a slight chance for rain, otherwise it is cloudy and cooler with temps near 70 thanks to a NE wind developing.
