Bringing The Recovery, Brobe CEO and Founder, Allison Schickel Personal Growth Jul 14
The Brobe was born out of shock and frustration from seeing the recovery gowns women were given after going through such a traumatic experience. Allison created the product with everything a breast cancer survivor would need, in mind. There are pockets inside the robe for post-op fluid drains, a detachable bra with front Velcro closure, pockets in the bra to hold ice packs or prosthetic breasts, three-quarter length sleeves for easy IV access and it is made of a soft cotton blend fabric. The cozy material makes it comfortable enough to wear at home, but the design and colors are chic enough to wear out and stay confident, even during treatments.
CEO and Founder of Brobe, Allison Schickel, joins us today to talk about her entrepreneurial journey, the inspiration behind her company and how it has now helped over 50,000 women through the recovery process of breast cancer. www.thebrobe.com
