Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the COVID 19 numbers of infections and deaths. Stating there have been spikes in past few days. Becasue people have stopped using the safety protocals. They've stopped using hand sanitizers, wearing masks and social distancing. Contending the Delta variant is more deadly than the original virus.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding natural antibiotics. These are common foods and herbs that most people already have in their homes. Things like garlic that contain allicin that has antibacterial effects. Honey for treating wounds, ginger that has antimicrobial properties. Other include echinacea used to prevent colds and flu. Goldenseal used to treat eye, skin and urinary tract infections. Clove used to treat toothaches. Oregano oil has antibacterial properties.
