Plane flies under Belle Isle Bridge

From my dads home movies. this happened in the mid-1960's. I could only find a little info online about it but my dad told me it was accidental and the pilot lost his license because of it.
The location is the Detroit River on Belle Isle, Michigan.
The video is about a minute long and the bridge event happens during the last 25 seconds. I thought you might like to see the other stunts he did.
