Info from Licensor: "Our 10-Year-Old neighbor almost got hit by an SUV on his scooter in front of his house. After the incident, he came over and asked to see the security camera because he had hurt his arm when he hit the other car and he said she ran over his scooter. He didn't want to tell his parents what happened because he was afraid he would get in trouble for not looking both ways before crossing the street."
