Mark David Gonsalves, 59, was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, the son of first-generation Americans, Beatrice, and Lenine Gonsalves.
He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, where he earned a BS degree in Accounting.
