Best way to lose weight fast!

Hello everybody, my name is Heather Marie Stewart. This is my channel, From Addict to Entrepreneur, where we talk about addiction, lifestyle changes and just life in general. Because, let's face it guys, it truly sucks when you feel like you are walking on this Earth all alone! I am so very glad that you are here to join me on my sobriety journey and even more thrilled to learn about your personal journey. I am 9 months sober now and it feels amazing, almost unreal. I am truly grateful and humbled by anyone who comes to watch my channel because I really do have a passion for helping others. Addiction is really powerful and it does not discriminate but with your help I know that we can defeat it!

In this episode, I talk about how I fast, the struggles with fasting and different types of fasting. I go over that I lose the most weight in my fasting when I go for 36 hours total and that is usually every other day. I lost 30 POUNDS when I fasted for 36 hours every other day! Woohoo! But then I had to take it down a notch and fast for only 18 hours at a time and sometimes up to 23 hours. I have been doing this for 3 weeks and have not lost weight….yet…..Maybe I hit a plateau, I am not sure but all I know is that it is better to start with a shorter fasting window so that way you don’t give up on the fasting like I did. I also go over only having coffee, tea and water during a fast. But I listened to Dr. Berg on YouTube and he talks about bulletproof coffee during your fast. It does not break the fast according to him because there is no sugar or carbs in the mix. I have been testing the bulletproof coffee lately to have some kind of flavor in my coffee. But I think I am just going to stick with black coffee from now on because even though he says that it boosts your fast and weight loss, I was not really feeling any benefits from it. Dr. Berg does make a very good point though and I do like his channel and methods of weight loss. The bulletproof method is just 1 tablespoon of Ghee(clarified, grass-fed butter), 1 tablespoon of MCT oil and prebiotic fiber scooped into your coffee.

Be patient with me also because I am in the process of learning how to edit my own videos and it takes a lot of work. Videos may look a bit choppy while I am learning but hopefully not. 😊
