Hello everybody, My name is Heather Marie Stewart. This is my channel, From Addict to Entrepreneur, where we talk about addiction, lifestyle changes and just life in general.

My goal for this channel is to help you all succeed and thrive in life through the power of God, Goals and Giving back! My biggest hope in creating these videos, is that you will be able to connect with me and each other to help one another out. Because, let's face it guys, it truly sucks when you feel like you are walking on this Earth all alone! That's why my main mission is to make you all feel like you belong and like you always have somebody to talk to.

I am so very glad that you are here to join me on this sobriety journey. And even more thrilled to learn about your personal journey, whether you are an addict or know of anyone struggling with any addiction. I am 9 months sober now and it feels amazing, almost unreal. I am truly grateful and humbled by anyone who comes to watch my channel because I really do have a passion for helping others. Addiction is really powerful and it does not discriminate but with your help I know that we can beat it!

In this episode, I mainly wanted to get some painful thoughts off of my chest. I have been thinking about how I deal with physical pain while I'm recovering from addiction. It is not easy but it can be done. I usually use ibuprofen, Tylenol and I'll do yoga, stretching and meditation, etc. Please please let me know in the comments if you have any questions or need any other tips on how to deal with physical pain while recovering from addiction. Also, please stay strong because I know how much physical pain can suck and sometimes cause relapse.

Anyways, please like and subscribe if you would like to. I love you guys! Have a beautiful, blessed day. As always, take good care of each other!
