Football Manager 2021 Youth Challenge - Play the Kids - Ep. 0 - Intro to the Save

Play the Kids! That is the mandate from the board in this Football Manager 2021 Youth Challenge. We will attempt to limit transfers to our youth academy and bring players up to the first team from our Youth Intake, our Youth Academy and shrewd buying of the young talent. We will, however, be open to splash a little cash if we don't have a first team ready player waiting in the wings. As with all my Football Manager 2021 series I do a "+30" where we advance 30 years into the future so we are working with all newgens. In addition, as this is a new save coming in mid year, we pick up where our last save ended.
