Former Navy Commanding Officer, forensic computer scientist, and Pennsylvania poll watcher, Gregory Strenstrom talks about how PA election officials didn't follow any of their own chain of custody procedures in regards to election officials walking in and out with baggies of USBs and not being observed as they uploaded USB cards to the voting machines.
