U.N.: Afghanistan on brink of humanitarian crisis

Afghanistan is on the brink of another potential humanitarian crisis that can, and should, be avoided, the U.N.'s refugee agency said. Afghans are fleeing their homes as the Taliban seize control of more territory. Lucy Fielder reports.
