Week 11 Day 7 Marathon Training in Crucita, Ecuador

Well, my marathon training has stopped for 2 weeks now due to a small meniscus tare. As I prepare to upload this video I still have some pain in my knee. I have done 4 easy test runs just to see how my knee feels. Each time the day after I had some minor pain. I am now in the middle of week 12 of my 16 week marathon training schedule. I can see I have lost a lot of conditioning taking over 2 weeks off, after 10 weeks of hard training. I am very disappointed in my race prospects at this time.
