Masks back on as Delta makes Israel change course

Israelis had taken off their masks and shrugged off social distancing, but now new restrictions are coming in as the Delta variant takes hold. The government is calling it 'soft suppression', and hopes to avoid another lockdown. Lucy Fielder reports.
