David Menzies visits Toronto's Little Italy for a big celebration. Italian fans were partying like it was 2019 after their team hoisted the Euro cup following a 3-2 penalty shootout victory over England at Wembley Stadium. Despite restrictions still being in place on large public gatherings, Toronto Mayor John Tory joined the crowd, and Ontario Premier Doug Ford refrained from referring to this group as “a bunch of yahoos.”
