Tangled Snakes on Sidewalk

Info from Licensor: "I was on my routine bike ride and saw something that looked at first like paper/ plastic twirling in the wind and then as I got closer I was able to see that it was a snake.
Got closer and started recording and then realized it was actually 2 snakes that were tangled up."
