Bicycle Officers Chase Four Wheeler Through The Park Before It Hits A Pole And Driver Flips Off

Police try to chase down a quad rider in Smale Riverfront Park.

CPD posted a video Friday showing bike officers trying to stop the rider as he takes off. A short time later, the man crashed into a pole. Police arrested him, but there's no word on charges.
