This is part 8 of our Eden to Zion video series, developing a biblical worldview through the grand storyline of the scriptures.

We’ve paused between chapter 2 and 3 of Genesis to concentrate on the Order and make up of the cosmic kingdom. Last time we looked at what we call Theology Proper, which I titled The Order of YHWH. We studied his attributes, the names of God, the trinity, the male terms used – so that we understand who it is we worship and is in control. Today in part b of the Order of the Cosmic Kingdom, we’re going to turn to the Order of 'the field of play', i.e. the universe, the canvas or stage of all things – So, we’re going to look at the Dwelling place of God – where is it, the description of heaven; The Nature of the cosmos, including Sheol, Hades, the Lake of Fire. Where is it? Who goes there? Did Jesus descend to hell? What is a present or future reality; The Law and order of the cosmos; God’s providence; and we’ll end with contrasting the biblical worldview with that of others.
