The tiny Alaskan island fighting for its future

On the fog-shrouded St. George Island, hundreds of miles off the coast of Alaska, mayor Patrick Pletnikoff dares to hope that his long-cherished vision for the island's moribund economy, and the fortunes of its colonies of northern fur seals, might now have a fighting chance of success.
