ARMY Funky marching band

Today (March 24, 2015), out in front of our office. A marching band with riflemen performing drills charging up Chung Shan North Road, Section 6. Northern Taipei city. Certainly related to one of the nearby temples, for the group of infantry and band are in civilian garb.
